Made-to-Order Production

  • All bags are handmade after purchase

  • Production begins once payment has been confirmed

  • Each item is crafted with care to ensure high quality and attention to detail

Processing & Production Time

  • Production and processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • Sweden

  • Other EU countries

  • (Optional: worldwide shipping – adjust if applicable)

All orders are shipped from Tenerife, Spain.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • Sweden: 5–10 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Standard shipping: €30 - 50

  • Free shipping on orders over: €100

Customs, VAT & Import Fees

Please note that Tenerife is a special tax territory, which may result in:

  • VAT, customs duties, or import fees being charged by the destination country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number to follow your delivery

Delays

If your order is delayed:

  • Please check the tracking information first

  • Contact us if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe

Unclaimed Packages

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to handling and return shipping fees

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping costs
